As an experienced Gold Optimizely Solution Partner, we were appointed to re-platform Karndean’s international B2C websites, B2B self-service retailer portal and associated services from Sitecore to the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform (DXP). We began with discovery workshops and collaborative planning alongside key teams working across the Karndean web estate to assess the limitations of the existing Sitecore platform and implementation. This included inefficiencies in content management, issues with technical stability and a lack of scalability to support future growth.
