DotCentric has achieved Optimizely Agent Platform Specialized Partner status, formally recognising our ability to develop and extend AI agents, tools, and workflows within the Optimizely ecosystem.
As Optimizely develops its Agent Platform, the opportunities to use AI within the platform are growing, too. For organisations using Optimizely, that means thinking beyond the AI capabilities available out of the box and exploring where agents, tools, and workflows could solve specific business problems.
What does being an Optimizely Agent Platform Specialized Partner mean?
Five of our expert team – Adam Boulahib, Jacob Spencer, Reema Pathak, Sam Wray, and Mark Roffey – have completed Optimizely's AI development training and accreditation, covering areas including instructions, custom tools, specialised agents, and workflows.
The accreditation means we can create agents for specific tasks, develop custom tools that extend what those agents can access and do, and bring different agents and actions together into workflows.
For our customers, that gives us more scope to explore how Optimizely's AI capabilities could be applied to their particular challenges, processes, and opportunities.
When it comes to AI, start with the problem, not the agent
There's no shortage of businesses looking for ways to use AI. Starting with “What could we build with an AI agent?”, though, is unlikely to lead to the best answer.
